I’ve worked with Rose for over a decade and am constantly impressed and amazed with her ability to find solutions to difficult and complex situations. Rose is the only Operator I know in senior living that was able to open three new memory care communities all within a 2 year period and get through state licensing on the first inspection,,, with NO deficiencies! Just incredible! I would welcome the opportunity to partner with Rose on my next senior living development.

Rose was the administrator at Silverado when our family made the difficult decision to place my dad in a memory care facility. From the first time I walked in, to completing the admission process, to the day of my dad’s arrival, to the day of his passing, Rose presided over a place that was full of love and support, for both residents and families. As a physician, and coming from a medical family (my dad was a physician also), my eyes were opened to an approach to senior care and memory care that I hadn’t known existed. Rose instilled in the staff a great deal of respect for the patients in their care, as well as the families and each other. Each resident was valued and treated as an individual, and their life histories were acknowledged and honored. Independence, to whatever degree possible, and dignity were embraced and enhanced by Rose’s team. The overall culture at Silverado was a real blessing to my dad and to us, and we continue to be grateful to Rose for the leadership and passion she brought to our family’s experience.
